A hugh crowd turned out on the day. Many locals and people from a far came to hear Mass and witness the blessing of the Graves at this celebrated place of pilgrimmage. Many had to remain in their cars as there were so many filling the road and grounds of the
Well area. Credit has to go to the organisation of the event
which now has become an important calender event. Also, to the singers and lay people on the day. Lasair Well is accessible all year round for those who seek quiet refuge and a time to reflect or for those who wish to collect Holy Water from the well.
